Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing business at a pivotal stage in its expansion. This is a fantastic role for someone eager to take ownership of diverse marketing activities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. About the Role We’re looking for an ambitious and confident individual with proven marketing experience. You’ll be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering impactful campaigns across digital and traditional channels, from email and social media to web content and video. You’ll play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting lead generation initiatives. The role requires someone with a proactive mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across email, social media, direct mail, and web. Track performance and ROI, preparing regular reports for management. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Create and upload engaging copy and imagery for the company website. Research and explore new online media opportunities, including blogs, forums, and influencer collaborations. Monitor web analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Develop and deliver content marketing strategies that support growth objectives. Manage the contact database and assist with lead-generation initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other departments. Provide excellent customer service and support, including occasional customer calls.
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong initiative, creativity, and communication skills. Confident self-starter with excellent attention to detail. Experience across key social media platforms and a proven track record in creating high-performing content. Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable
E-commerce experience (Amazon Seller Central, Magento, eBay). Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Role Details
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9 am–5 pm; Friday, 9 am–4 pm Location: Office-based in Golborne, WA, with free parking on site Contract: Full-time, permanent
