We serve scholars from around the world to ensure the latest research is openly and broadly available.We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our global product marketing team. In this role, you will help shape and share the story of MDPI’s products through compelling long-form content and targeted marketing campaigns. You will collaborate across teams to support product launches, digital promotions, and audience engagement initiatives, while analyzing results to optimize marketing performance.Location: ManchesterThis is a full-time in office role. The office is located next to Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester. Main tasks and responsibilities Create and edit long-form content (e.g., blog posts, case studies) aligned with product positioning and strategy.Assist in planning and implementing marketing initiatives to promote MDPI products, including email campaigns, product launches, and digital promotions.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, design, communications) to ensure marketing deliverables are consistent and timely.Gather insights on target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to support content and campaign strategies. Skills and Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.Experience in marketing, communications, or content creation (including internships).Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is an advantage.Excellent English language skills.Competency with Microsoft Office365.Experience using SEO tools and Wordpress.Strong written and verbal communication.Creativity and storytelling ability.Excellent time management and organizational skills.
