Overview:Full-time role: 36 hours per weekLanguage: EnglishLocation: London, UK (Hybrid)Salary: £27,000 per yearApplications closing: 30th SeptemberJob DescriptionAs part of the Membership and Marketing Team, schedule content across all channels that promotes Coram PACEY products, services and membership to drive sales and acquisitions.Help Marketing, Policy and Education and Training promote and deliver a programme of events and campaigns to raise Coram PACEY’s profile and convert prospective members. Alongside this, support the Marketing Manager to deliver a range of marketing and communications activities that support targeted income generation, brand awareness and Coram PACEY objectives.ResponsibilitiesContent DevelopmentSupport the delivery of a wide range of content across all of Coram PACEY’s communication channels to support Coram PACEY to grow engagement, increase brand awareness and income generation. In doing so ensure a balance between communication with members and engagement with future members, families, and other stakeholders.Work with colleagues to ensure that Coram PACEY’s website(s) content is always up to date; looking to continuously improve it, based on user feedback and analysis tools.Marketing & CommunicationsContribute to the development of e-marketing activities that target new member categories as well as PACEY’s growing engagement with families, local authorities, and other beneficiaries.Support the delivery of other marketing activities that support income generation, recruitment, and retention as well as value of member benefits.Do so by coordinating production of marketing and sales materials, ensuring these are delivered by the most effective communication channel and by coordinating the use of inhouse and external resources. These include:Design graphics and images for use in social media as well as leaflets for events use.Ensure effective email marketing by creating and maintaining templates for the different types of e-mail messages Coram PACEY dispatches, building filters that enable targeting of specific sub-sections of our mailing list.Manage the renewal communication cycle for our members, updating where necessary and work with Membership and Data Manager to analyse open rates and improve content and engagement.Digital and Social MediaLead on Coram PACEY’s social media content creation and schedulingWith the wider team, maintain and increase brand awareness for Coram PACEY by planning, creating, and publishing social media content in line with the organisation communications and content plans.Build engagement with members, prospective members and other relevant people and stakeholders via social media and online community platforms.Liaise with teams across Coram PACEY, including volunteers, to support their engagement with social media.Support the effective use of search engine optimisation in all content creationEventsSupport Marketing, Policy and Education to and deliver and promote Coram PACEY’s events programme.Assist in delivery of events on the dayDesign promotional material for eventProduce comms schedule for events with emphasis on converting non-member attendeesGeneral responsibilitiesAny other duties commensurate with the nature and level of the post, that are required to deliver the job’s key responsibilitiesBe self-servicingWork within organisational policies, code of conduct and practicesCommon organisation wide responsibilitiesFlexibilityCustomer focused (internal and external customers)Working cooperatively across teams and departmentsDemonstrating Coram PACEY’s Corporate BehavioursTo recognise and challenge all forms of discrimination and prejudice in the workplace.To treat everyone with respect, dignity and fairness and to acknowledge and celebrate diversity.To maintain an awareness of your own and others’ health and safety and comply with Coram Group Health and Safety policy and procedures.To maintain confidentiality of information; it will be necessary to comply with all requirements related to the Data Protection Act/ General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)Role RequirementsEducated to degree level or a relevant marketing experienceExperience managing social media channels for a non-profit or membership organisationExperience of working to marketing plans including acquisition and policy campaignsExperience producing member communications including newsletters, solus emails and renewals comms.Experience of reporting, data extraction and analysisEvidence of maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including external suppliers (and agencies)Strong track record of supporting colleagues to achieve business objectives and campaign/ acquisition and retentions targetsKnowledge of:A good knowledge of how different marketing techniques affect customer satisfactionA good knowledge of the childcare and early years sectorKnowledge of Adobe design software is an advantageSkills and attributes:Strong analytical skills, especially data and target market analysisStrong design skills and a keen eye for visual communicationEffective organisational skillsEvidence of innovation and creativityAbility to work with colleagues to develop and work to a brief for the design and creation of marketing campaignsSelf-motivated, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamAbility to communicate effectively using appropriate methods and languageHow to apply?To apply for this role, please fill in the application form. #J-18808-Ljbffr
