Marketing Assistant required by award-winning leading FMCG fragrance and toiletries brand based in Harrow, West London. The company is dynamic, fast-paced and team-work driven, with a presence in UK and international markets and continues to grow. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in Consumer Goods, in particular in the Fragrance, Cosmetics & Toiletries industry, in this people-focused organisation. Salary circa £26K per annum. Discretionary Bonus. Hybrid working as appropriate.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the export team. The role involves a combination of marketing, administrative, and coordination tasks to ensure successful export activities.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaignsCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materialsHelp create and update content for marketing collateralSupport the organization and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinarsCoordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and transportationPrepare and distribute promotional materials for eventsConduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunitiesCollect and analyze data to assist in developing marketing strategiesPrepare reports and presentations based on research findingsProvide administrative support: calendars, databases, CRM, inventory, financeQualifications1+ year of experience in a marketing or administrative role is preferredConfident Microsoft Office skillsGreat communication and interpersonal skillsStrong commitment to quality and standardsHigh attention to detailExcellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projectsAbility to prioritise own workloadStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamApply with your CV and a covering note.
