Providing general administrative support, including filing, scheduling, note‑taking, and data entry Assisting in managing the team’s shared inbox and calendar Organising and maintaining media lists, contact databases, and image libraries Supporting the development and preparation of marketing reports and presentations Assisting with internal communications and ensuring timely updates across the business Monitoring press coverage and tracking social media activity Contributing to marketing efforts for seasonal campaigns, events, and launches Assisting with social media community management, including responding to comments and engaging with followers
Requirements and Skills
Strong organisational skills with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment Genuine interest in hospitality, food, and luxury brands Experience in luxury hospitality is preferable
