\n\nOur client is a leading Asset Manager, and they have a brilliant opportunity for a bright spark who will be joining a collaborative and exciting business.
\n\nThis role will provide the opportunity to work alongside the Head of Marketing; you’ll take responsibility for digital marketing collateral, producing pitch decks, newsletters, branded content on their website, planning events – it’s a great job!
\n\nYou can work remotely, but need to be in the City for meetings when required and the hours are 8.30 – 6.00 pm.
\n\nWhat you’ll be doing day to day:
\n\n- \n\t
- Planning and executing high quality social media, email communications, fact sheets, newsletters, pitch decks \n\t
- Updating collateral materials and presentations \n\t
- Managing the company website, the content, keeping it current and on brand \n\t
- Tracking and analysing the KPIs (using Google Analytics and CRM platforms) \n\t
- Supporting the coordination of events, webinars, PR opportunities and working with external agencies and the teams in-house \n\t
- Drafting content, keeping it compliant and on brand – fully proofed for use \n\t
- Collecting data for pitches \n\t
- Working closely with the business development teams \n\t
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity \n\t
- Working with vendors and media contacts \n\t
- Keeping an eye on the ratings and awards and working on award submissions \n\t
- Organising and attending events – online and in person – all the logistics and roll out \n\t
- Initiating the media and email campaigns \n
The skills you need to bring:
\n\n- \n\t
- A graduate or graduate calibre – in Marketing, Communications or relevant field \n\t
- First class communication skills, being confident, articulate, positive and warm \n\t
- Professionalism – with experience of working in a professional organisation \n\t
- Attention to the finest detail, experienced at proofing and writing \n\t
- A collaborative team player \n\t
- Commercial, experienced at working in a fast-paced environment \n\t
- First class IT skills: HubSpot, Adobe, Canva, Social Media Platforms, LinkedIn, MS Office \n
