Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant reports to the Marketing Coordinator, playing a vital role in supporting the execution of the marketing strategy and campaigns across multiple brands. This role is responsible for assisting with the management and distribution of product data across various departments and channels, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of key marketing assets. The Marketing Assistant must be highly organised, adaptable, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting the wider marketing team. Key Accountabilities
Support trade marketing programmes, email campaigns, and promotional literature. Assist with logistics, setup, and on-site presence at trade shows and events. Help plan and execute end user email campaigns, including product drops and giveaways. Work with design to develop marketing materials like EDMs, brochures, and product sheets. Ensure all marketing assets align with brand guidelines and key messaging. Improve product data quality within PIM systems and coordinate missing data. Manage, update, and distribute media libraries and product data. Assist the Marketing Coordinator with daily tasks and general marketing support. Support the wider marketing team across email, data, websites, social media, and content.
Skills / Experiences
Very strong writing skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and software Excellent time management skills and comfortable working under pressure Accurate and efficient with processing information Degree in a marketing, business or related subject Experience with:
Email marketing software (Ideally Klaviyo) Adobe Software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
