Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who’s eager to learn and ready to get stuck in across every part of marketing. This is a hands‑on, varied role where you’ll gain real experience in everything from social media and content creation to email campaigns, Google Ads, design, SEO, and analytics.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director and brand leads to support day‑to‑day activity across our UK and global markets. From helping plan social posts and designing visuals in Adobe Suite to tracking campaign performance and learning how paid advertising works, this role gives you exposure to the entire marketing mix — making it the perfect opportunity to build a strong foundation for a long‑term marketing career.
As this role touches many areas of marketing, from content and campaigns to SEO, automation, and brand support, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Director on both day‑to‑day priorities and your personal development. This means hands‑on exposure to new tools, strategies, and skills across the full marketing mix, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn, and looking to grow their career in marketing with close mentorship from a Marketing professional with over a decade of experience.
We’re looking for someone creative, proactive, and curious. You don’t need years of experience — just a genuine interest in marketing, a willingness to learn, and the drive to grow into a confident, well‑rounded marketer.
