With a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and patient outcomes, our client is now looking to hire a proactive Marketing Assistant to join their growing team.

Overview

The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1+ year of marketing experience to take the next step in their career. As Marketing Assistant, you’ll be involved in the delivery of digital campaigns, product launches, and events, while helping to grow the company’s brand presence across both clinical and commercial audiences. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and clinical teams, gaining exposure to the full marketing mix and building a strong foundation for long-term career development in the medical devices sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media presence with engaging and targeted content.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Assist in developing digital, print, and video marketing materials.
• Conduct competitor and market research to generate insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activity with business goals.
• Track and analyse campaign performance to improve reach and engagement.

About You

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ year of marketing experience (internship, placement year, or assistant-level role).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practice.
• Creative thinker with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• An interest in healthcare or medical devices is highly desirable.
