ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Assistant supports the campaign delivery team in the planning, delivery, measurement, analysis, and reporting of outbound marketing activity to target audiences. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the marketing team, and the sales team to support the execution of lead generation and engagement campaigns to achieve marketing qualified lead (MQL) goals and sales revenue targets.Essential SkillsA passion for marketing and a desire to learn.Good communication and writing skills.Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.A desire to build a career in marketing.Proactive and willing to take on new challenges.Desirable SkillsSome experience with marketing tools or platforms (e.g., content management systems, social media schedulers).Interest in digital marketing concepts (e.g., social media, email marketing).About the TeamYou would be joining a marketing team of five others who strive to grow global brand awareness as well as lead generation.
