The Marketing Associate role will oversee 60 stores across 14 European countries, co-creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each market. The ideal candidate is ambitious, confident, persuasive, highly analytical, and capable of managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
This role requires a genuine passion for the Ralph Lauren brand, a strong interest in fashion and performance marketing, and the ability to inspire change and generate excitement.
Performance Marketing: Develop and execute end-to-end performance strategies collaborating with marketing, commercial teams, and partners with clear KPIs and ROI metrics.
Brand Share & Voice: Enhance qualitative share of voice through initiatives with landlords, ensuring brand equity and preparing quarterly progress reports.
Strategy Collaboration: Work with media and CRM teams to influence engagement and sales strategies, analyzing trends and the competitive landscape to inform decisions.
Coordinate efforts across retail, operations, planning, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Manage content and messaging, negotiate with external partners, and oversee share of voice initiatives.
Understanding of the fashion industry, including online/offline and full-price to off-price segments.
Relevant marketing knowledge.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Creative and proactive in generating new ideas.
Ownership and accountability for projects and tasks.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
