Granado, the iconic Brazilian brand is looking for a Marketing and Events Analyst.Founded in 1870 by the Portuguese José Coxito Granado, the Granado story began by selling natural remedies created from plants, herbs, and flowers native to his home, in Rio de Janeiro’s mountainous region. The brand’s first store was established in the heart of downtown Rio de Janeiro, where the historic shop still stands today.The quality and effectiveness of the products soon made Granado one of the official Pharmaceutical suppliers to the Royal Court. For that reason, the brand was given the title of ‘Official Pharmacy of the Imperial Family of Brazil’ by the Emperor D. Pedro II, in 1880.Emblematic in its country of origin, Granado has been passed down through the generations and is part of the Brazilian heritage.In 2013 the brand started its global expansion by opening its first concept store outside of Brazil, at prestigious department store Le Bon Marché in Paris. Thereafter, Granado has opened stores throughout many European countries including France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, England, Greece, and Austria.With more than 90 stores globally, the brand distributes over 15 million products per month due to its increasing and strong presence at the best pharmacies, perfumeries, and department stores throughout Brazil, Europe and in the US.About the Position:We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Events Analyst to join Granado’s European team. Reporting to the Marketing Supervisor, you will support the delivery of product launches, events, store activations, trade events, and B2B initiatives, while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This hands-on role also involves supporting PR, market research, and brand partnerships, with frequent travel across Europe to help execute events and activations that bring Granado’s heritage to life through memorable brand experiences.Key Responsibilities:Events & Activation:Plan and execute creative ideas and event concepts or events such as brand events, press days, trade shows, conferences, and customer events.Support the planning and organization of event logistics (suppliers, materials, venues)Prepare timelines, checklists, and budgets under the guidance of the Marketing SupervisorCoordinate event set-up and provide on-site operational supportHandle administrative tasks such as supplier communication, purchase orders, invoicing, budget and reportsCollect feedback and help prepare post-event evaluationsWork with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across event materials.MarketingSupport the development and execution of tailored regional marketing plans across product launches, store activations, events, and B2B partner initiatives.Conduct market research on key European markets, identifying opportunities, seasonal calendars, and local trends.Assist in planning and implementing offline media and OOH campaigns, as well as in-store visibility and retail opportunities.Identify and evaluate opportunities for brand exposure, sponsorships, and partnerships that strengthen brand positioning.Contribute to the creation and rollout of integrated marketing strategies, ensuring commercial alignment and brand consistency across all offline touchpoints.Public Relations & Communications:Support the comms team in tracking media coverage, sentiment analysis, and campaign effectiveness.Support in PR agency communicationsAssist in preparing press kits, briefing documents, and media outreach reports.Profile:Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Creative mindset with interest in brand storytelling, offline activations, and experiential marketing.Comfortable with hands-on execution and supporting multiple projects at once.Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work cross-functionally.Practical problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.Flexible and adaptable, able to switch between creative planning and operational tasks.Passion for delivering high-quality, memorable brand experiences.Ability to travel within Europe frequently to support events, activations, and partnerships.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.Fluent in Portuguese (BR) and English.Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or related roles.Want to join us?Thank you for reading the job description!
