✍️ The RoleWe’re looking for a curious, creative, and versatile Marketing and Community Manager to join our team.Claimer has reached Product Market Fit, with an 85% conversion rate from demo, and this is with outbound founder sales only, and no marketing effort.Alongside the fact Claimer is the only real disruptor in our space, this means there’s enormous potential to scale Claimer’s presence quickly and efficiently.As the first marketing hire, this role is a truly unique opportunity to shape the voice and growth of Claimer while driving community engagement and content marketing.🏛🚀 About ClaimerClaimer is the market leading R&D tax relief platform in the UK, with some of the largest professional service companies and R&D tax consultancies as customers.Having gained incredible UK market share in just our first 18 months, the company has ambitious plans to expand its product offering within the UK and internationally.The team is remote-first/hybrid, but is tight-knit with a huge level of built-up trust, which enables us to move quickly without any personnel drama and politics.🌎 ResponsibilitiesYou will work alongside the CEO to execute on a wide array of marketing projects, growing the company’s marketing function with initiatives that end up succeeding.We want to see your capability and responsibility grow rapidly with the company, to the point you are effectively independently managing Claimer’s marketing function.Initial marketing projects will be very varied in scope, and will include:Content and social media. Plan, draft, and post engaging LinkedIn content, including the management of Claimer’s weekly round-up newsletter. Collaborating with the product team to push out feature updates to our customers. Working with the CEO on exciting new content initiatives yet to be announced.Community building and engagement. Organising promotional events, webinars, and Claimer’s presence at select UK trade shows, plus management of our ‘Advisors Anonymous’ community Slack channel.Partnership development. Working with partners to establish referral mechanisms and other opportunities, maintaining relationships with key vendors/integration partners such as Xero and Quickbooks.💪 Things we’re looking forIt’s a chance to grow quickly, solve problems creatively, and shape an evolving company.
