The National Youth Advocacy Service (NYAS) is a children's charity dedicated to supporting and empowering care-experienced children and young people. NYAS offers a range of services, including a national advocacy helpline, advocacy for children in care and those in need, provision of independent visitors for children in care, and legal representation of children in private family law. NYAS also provides advocacy to adults in inpatient mental health settings.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Marketing and Communications Manager, based either at home, in the United Kingdom or from one of our offices (Birkenhead, Birmingham or Cardiff). The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies, managing social media accounts, creating content, coordinating media relations, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and managing social media accounts
- Strong skills in content creation, digital marketing, and media relations
- Ability to oversee and coordinate communications efforts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using marketing and communication tools and platforms
- Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
The Role is:

- FT at 35 Hours per week
