Marketing and Communications Assistant

We are currently looking for a Marketing and Communications Assistant to join Sovini, part of The Sovini Group.

What You’ll Do: Job duties

• Take direction from the Marketing Manager in delivering effective marketing and communications
• Work within brand guidelines and act as brand ambassador
• Support the delivery of marketing projects and events
• Produce, edit and proof content for awards, case studies and campaigns.
• Produce and disseminate communications across a range of media including online and press.
• Provide administrative support within the team
• Collaborate with team members and wider colleagues to fulfil marketing and corporate objectives.
• Coordinate internal and external events.
• To liaise with design team to manage production of marketing materials, through the provision of project briefs and specifications.
• Proactively develop own knowledge and skills in relation to marketing and communications
• To effectively manage workload using workflow system to manage portfolio of projects and deadlines.
