Role: Marketing AnalystSalary: Up to £65,000 + BenefitsLocation: Cheshire HQ - Hybrid Model (2-3 days p/w on site)We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to deliver powerful insights and reporting across our clients Marketing and Commercial functions. In this role, you will own the entire data lifecycle, from building and maintaining data models to creating dashboards and analysing experiments.Experience Required:Previous experience with CRO, SEO, PPC, Paid Media and campaign analytics is essentialPrevious experience in SQL or Big QueryStrong understanding of core marketing metrics, attribution models, and the customer journey. Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)A proactive problem-solver with a proven ability to go beyond surface-level metrics to uncover actionable insights and commercial opportunities.Experience creating clear, effective, and compelling dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and tell a story to both technical and non-technical audiences. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, channels (e.g., paid media, email, SEO), and initiatives. Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to marketing stakeholders. Data Modelling & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain robust data models and dashboards to track key marketing KPIs, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and analyse A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of new creative, audience segments, and campaign strategies. Present findings and recommendations to improve future performanceAudience and Customer Insight: Analyse customer data to understand audience segmentation, behaviour, and preferences. Use these insights to help the marketing team target campaigns more effectively and personalize contentCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing, Pricing, and Product teams to align on data needs and translate commercial goals into a robust analytical framework.Tool & Skill Development: Stay current with the latest trends and tools in marketing analytics, continuously improving technical skills in data tooling and analytical methodologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
