You’ll own key onsite initiatives, managing high-visibility flex content pages including the homepage while ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies for all the Brand Initiatives. Leveraging data insights, content management expertise, and strategic thinking, you’ll craft compelling onsite experiences. Collaborating with Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, Curated Merch, and Product teams, you’ll enhance discoverability, support marketing campaigns, and drive growth. Ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional with 2-3 years of onsite or digital marketing experience, passionate about e-commerce optimization, data-driven decisions, and SEO best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesOnsite Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute onsite marketing initiatives, ensuring key landing pages align with business objectives, promotional priorities, and customer needs for the Brand CampaignsManage and optimize homepage and category pages, using data-driven content strategies to enhance engagement, conversion, and user experienceLeverage content management systems (CMS) to schedule, publish, and maintain high-impact onsite content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelinesApply SEO best practices, optimizing keywords, metadata, and internal linking strategies to improve organic visibility and search performanceGain in-depth knowledge in Wayfair’s tooling landscape to ensure operational excellence on a day-to-day basis through troubleshootingCross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Align onsite messaging with broader marketing campaigns, working closely with Brand, Creative, Curated Merch, and Product teamsPartner with the Storefront Product Team to support platform enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure an optimal user experienceCoordinate with regional marketing teams to develop localized strategies for UK B2C and B2B audiences while maintaining global brand consistencyQuality Assurance & Process Improvement: Perform regular QA checks on onsite content, resolving issues promptly to maintain a seamless user experienceDevelop and document best practices, ensuring a scalable and efficient content management workflowStay ahead of industry trends, introducing fresh ideas and innovations in e-commerce and digital marketingPerformance Optimization & Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance metrics, identifying trends and insights to refine onsite marketing strategies and improve customer engagementConduct A/B testing and user behavior analysis, leveraging heatmaps, click tracking, and funnel insights to optimize content effectivenessRefine reporting processes, ensuring stakeholders have access to clear, data-driven insights that support business objectivesQualifications2-3 years of experience in Onsite Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (experience in retail or marketplace platforms is a plus)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferredFluency in EnglishSkills & CompetenciesStrategic & Collaborative Skills: Content management expertise, experience optimizing onsite content within a CMS in an ecommerce setting; stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration; strong attention to detail; project managementAnalytical & Technical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities; experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau or similar; proficiency in A/B testing & CRO; SEO expertise; technical aptitude (HTML, CSS, UX); advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualizationEqual Opportunity & AccessibilityWayfair is committed to providing equal opportunities for all individuals, including those with disabilities.
