OverviewGranado, the iconic Brazilian brand, is looking for a marketing and events analyst. We are a heritage brand expanding globally, with more than 90 stores and a strong presence in pharmacies, perfumeries, and department stores across Brazil, Europe, and the US. The position reports to the Marketing Supervisor and is based in Europe, with frequent travel to support events and brand activations that bring Granado’s heritage to life.About the PositionWe are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Events Analyst to join Granado’s European team. You will support the delivery of product launches, events, store activations, trade events, and B2B initiatives, while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The role includes supporting PR, market research, and brand partnerships, with frequent travel across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesEvents & Activation: Plan and execute creative ideas and event concepts, including brand events, press days, trade shows, conferences, and customer events.Support the planning and organization of event logistics (suppliers, materials, venues).Prepare timelines, checklists, and budgets under the guidance of the Marketing Supervisor.Coordinate event set-up and provide on-site operational support.Handle administrative tasks such as supplier communication, purchase orders, invoicing, budgets, and reports.Collect feedback and help prepare post-event evaluations.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across event materials.Marketing: Support the development and execution of tailored regional marketing plans across product launches, store activations, events, and B2B partner initiatives.Conduct market research on key European markets, identifying opportunities, seasonal calendars, and local trends.Assist in planning and implementing offline media and OOH campaigns, as well as in-store visibility and retail opportunities.Identify and evaluate opportunities for brand exposure, sponsorships, and partnerships that strengthen brand positioning.Contribute to the creation and rollout of integrated marketing strategies, ensuring commercial alignment and brand consistency across all offline touchpoints.Public Relations & Communications: Support the communications team in tracking media coverage, sentiment analysis, and campaign effectiveness.Support in PR agency communications.Assist in preparing press kits, briefing documents, and media outreach reports.ProfileHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Creative mindset with interest in brand storytelling, offline activations, and experiential marketing.Comfortable with hands-on execution and supporting multiple projects at once.Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work cross-functionally.Practical problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.Flexible and adaptable, able to switch between creative planning and operational tasks.Passion for delivering high-quality, memorable brand experiences.Ability to travel within Europe frequently to support events, activations, and partnerships.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.Fluent in Portuguese (BR) and English.Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or related roles.Want to join us?Thank you for reading the job description.
