Position Summary
A proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support the Ford PartsPlus marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role will be key in managing budgets, coordinating with suppliers, preparing cost estimates, conducting market research, and handling purchasing for marketing-related activities. The successful candidate will be highly organized, financially astute, and capable of working across multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Duties
Budget & Financial Administration: Assist in the creation and ongoing management of the marketing budget. Monitors spend against budget and produce regular financial reports. Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare cost estimates and support the approval process for marketing initiatives. Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and external agencies to obtain quotes, confirm bookings, and ensure timely delivery of services or materials.
