Base pay range: Up to £90,000 + bonus; full‑time, hybrid working in London. The consultancy thrives on momentum. Translate business challenges into actionable data strategies that unlock real commercial impact. Design measurement frameworks that make sense of complexity, ensuring data flows seamlessly across systems and channels. Inform brand strategy, creative decisioning, and paid media investment across digital and offline channels. Mentor junior planners, challenge client assumptions, and partner with senior leadership to raise the bar for data strategy across the agency.
Qualifications
Experience in data strategy and analytics, ideally from an agency or consultancy environment. Strong understanding of how data informs brand strategy, creative decisioning, and paid media investment across digital and offline channels. Proficiency with modern marketing technologies including CDPs, DSPs, and automation tools. Ability to translate complex insights into simple, compelling stories that shape senior‑level decisions. Entrepreneurial, curious, and unafraid to get stuck in; think like a challenger.
