We're looking for an experienced and customer-centric Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help us shape and scale an insight-driven marketing engine. If you're passionate about creating data-informed, personalized experiences across global markets, this is your opportunity to lead a high-impact function at the core of our customer growth strategy. As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of lifecycle strategy and execution—from onboarding and activation to re-engagement and retention. You’ll work closely with teams across Demand Gen, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to create a seamless customer journey across the US, UK, ANZ, and EU regions. Your work will directly influence CLTV, churn, product adoption, and brand advocacy. You’ll have the autonomy to build systems, run experiments, and scale successful programs globally. ResponsibilitiesMap and own the entire customer journey, from first touch to loyal customerDesign and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, in-app, push, etc.)Build onboarding flows that accelerate time-to-value and product adoptionUse behavioral and demographic data for precise segmentation and personalizationOptimize customer engagement and retention through data-driven experimentationTrack and report on KPIs like CAC, CLTV, churn, and product usageLocalize lifecycle initiatives for diverse global marketsManage HubSpot workflows, scoring, segmentation, and data hygieneEnsure compliance with GDPR and regional data privacy regulations Qualifications5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or customer marketing (preferably in SaaS)Proficiency in HubSpot or equivalent tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot)Strong grasp of funnel optimization, behavioral triggers, and segmentation strategyExperience running global lifecycle campaigns with localized contentStrong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimise KPIs, including CAC, CLTV, churn, product adoption, and retentionA performance-oriented approach: success in this role will be measured on trial activation, retention, and CLTV growthCollaborative spirit with strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills What we offerShape lifecycle strategy at a global scale with direct visibility and impactDirect impact on a high-growth companyFlexible hybrid working with a kind, values-driven global team30 vacation days, 20 workation days, competitive salary, and a supportive cultureOn-site perks: Daily lunch and office gym How to applyInspired to create exceptional customer journeys?
