This year marks a major marketing scale-up, with spend set to more than double previous years; this is a rare chance to join a globally recognised gaming brand at a pivotal moment, driving the next stage of its growthThe RoleThis is a hands-on lead position, responsible for taking marketing analytics beyond current capacity. You’ll:Own end-to-end marketing analytics across CRM, paid media, lifecycle, and subscription funnelsDevelop and maintain robust, continuously learning LTV models tied to attribution cohortsBuild and own forecasts that tie marketing performance to spend and growth targetsDesign and interpret uplift/incrementality experiments where attribution is weakProvide attribution oversight across PC vs mobile pipelines, ensuring accuracy and reliabilityPartner with marketing leadership, finance, and exec teams to deliver clear, actionable insightsAct as a mentor/partner to the current Senior Marketing AnalystYou’ll be embedded in Marketing with support from data engineering and data science, ensuring best practice and high-quality outputsYour Skills & ExperienceLTV Modelling – robust, continuously improving models tied to attribution cohortsForecasting – building and owning forecasts that link spend to growth outcomesUplift / Incrementality – designing and interpreting experiments where attribution falls shortAdvanced SQLData storytelling – translating complex analytics into clear recommendations for marketers, CFO, and CEOMedia Mix Modelling (MMM) – familiar with methods, data needs, vendors, and evaluation (nice to have)Attribution oversight – deep understanding of pipeline differences (PC vs mobile), data flows, and validation (nice to have)Vendor literacy – able to evaluate, run RFPs, and manage third-party partners (nice to have)The BenefitsSalary of £80,000–£90,000How To ApplyPlease register your interest by sending your CV to Adam Osborne at HarnhamWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
