An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and commercially focused Shopper Marketing and E-commerce Executive to join a dynamic commercial team. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of shopper marketing strategy across both bricks & mortar and online retail channels, including Multiples, Discounters, Convenience, ROI, and Online.
This is a varied role encompassing:
* Driving further development of shopper and e-commerce initiatives.
* Increasing engagement with trade partners.
* Delivering market-leading shopper campaigns.
* Developing insights via research, campaign analysis, and industry reports, translating these into actionable plans to maximise return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and implementation of shopper marketing plans, ensuring alignment with category vision, brand strategy, and individual retailer/channel objectives.
* Deliver best-in-class online and mobile optimisation, adhering to platform guidelines and maintaining content through platforms such as Brandbank.
