Junior Marketing Executive

Live Tour Promotions are experts in live consumer events, since 2017 touring National & International Events. From the original concept through to design and management of a range of consumer events - including large scale music festivals, food & drink festivals, theatre tours, touring music brands and conferences.
We are seeking a Junior Marketing Executive to oversee and manage all communications. As our Junior Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in engaging with our audience and fostering strong connections across our digital platforms!
Live Tour Promotions is a global event business with many events naturally happening at weekends and different time zones. As a result, communications are not limited to 9 to 5 standard office hours and often circumstances may arise where you will need to work, visit events, or perform tasks at weekends. Reports to: Head of Marketing
Job Role:
Email Communications:
· Respond promptly to email inquiries from clients, attendees, and partners.
· Provide accurate information about upcoming events, ticketing, and other services.
Social Media Management:
· Monitor and reply to messages on Facebook and Instagram.
· Engage with followers by responding to comments on posts and stories.
· Invite users to follow our social media pages and maintain a welcoming online presence.
Community Engagement:
· Proactively monitor Facebook and Instagram for mentions or questions related to our events.
· Assist in moderating comments to maintain a positive and professional brand image.
· Build relationships with followers by fostering meaningful interactions.
Collaboration and Reporting:
· Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
· Track engagement metrics and provide insights to improve communication strategies.
· Assist in scheduling and posting content as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 1 years of experience in marketing, social media, or customer service (experience in the events industry is a plus).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and social media management tools.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for customer service.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm
Location: Waterlooville Office Based, not a remote working role.
Pay dependent upon experience.
Full-time hours: 40 per week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
