That\'s why part of your role as a Junior Marketing Consultant will be to grow our appetite for new business by helping to write proposals, respond to tenders and shine at pitches.As an incredibly multi-skilled agency, you\'ll get to work with all kinds of specialists as part of our experienced Consultancy & Insight team. Tapping into talents across SMRS, you\'ll lead and support on the delivery of consultancy projects and services - that\'s things like our market-leading propensity modelling, syndicated research, brand tracking and creative communications. A natural collaborator who can build client relationships with ease, you\'ll enjoy plenty of variety - from briefing and feeding back to colleagues, to reviewing research reports, drafting recommendations and presenting findings back to clients.ResponsibilitiesGrow our appetite for new business by helping to write proposals, respond to tenders and shine at pitches.Work with all kinds of specialists as part of the Consultancy & Insight team; lead and support the delivery of consultancy projects and services (propensity modelling, syndicated research, brand tracking, creative communications).Build client relationships with ease; manage briefing and feedback processes, review research reports, draft recommendations and present findings to clients.QualificationsExperience in the higher education (HE) marketing sector is preferred, with flexibility to work with clients outside education.Highly organised, able to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and work with data to develop marketing strategies.Experience of writing complex yet clear reports and recommendations, and the confidence to write blogs and potentially speak at events about the work we do.Benefits30 days of annual leave a year (plus bank holidays).Hybrid working.Healthcare apps.Two charity volunteering days a year.We are a culture, brand and communications business on a mission to make opportunity, reward and progress equal for all.
