International Marketing and Brand Support Coordinator
will support the Marketing Manager in delivering marketing initiatives, while also coordinating internal projects and contributing to brand development and growth of our international brand. The role involves collaboration with key stakeholders across departments including Sales, Marketing, Specifications, Product Development, Logistics, and Purchasing. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

Friday Key Duties include: Be the single point of contact for internal coordination and project delivery. Projects can range from single ad hoc requests to full range launches supported by the International and Customer Experience Directors. Organise and coordinate retail partnership visits and training, external exhibitions and other events, including accommodation/catering/flights and logistics. Work across internal departments to provide immediate, effective service to the brand and ensure ongoing projects progress smoothly and effectively to fruition. Assist with the organisation and implementation of trade shows. Produce creative briefs for marketing projects and track progress. Organise, update and maintain marketing materials. Create instore POS and retailer assets and arrange for them to be sent to stores. Showroom management
Ensure it is set up for customer visits and well-maintained. Create, schedule and monitor email campaigns to support customer communications. Monitor and report competitor activity. Work closely with local and international team.
