You will oversee the delivery of integrated digital projects across our client squads, shaping our digital capabilities as the agency continues to grow. Whether the team are delivering paid campaigns or multi-channel content and analytics, you will lead in ensuring we provide measurable commercial impact for our life science clients.This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity: building digital-first strategies for clients, leading teams, and translating diverse technical messaging to a variety of client groups.ResponsibilitiesClient impactPartner with client services and strategy teams to design and execute digital campaigns that align with business goals.Actively participate in client briefings and translate objectives into actionable digital plans.Clearly present analytics and campaign performance to clients and colleagues.Utilise campaign performance to demonstrate/report ROI and inform insight-driven recommendations.Digital strategy & deliveryLead planning and execution of PESO(Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) strategies.Ensure digital marketing campaigns are data-driven and continuously optimised.Introduce and embed best-in-class digital practices across squads (SEO, PPC, ABM, marketing automation, analytics).Stay ahead of evolving channels and technologies relevant to life sciences audiences.Leadership & capability buildingLine manage ramarketings amazing team of digital specialists, building a high-performance culture with development at its core.Work with the Head of Digital, Media & PR to evolve the function into a recognised centre of excellence.Support hiring, onboarding, and development to expand the team\'s depth and breadth.Champion cross-capability collaboration to ensure digital seamlessly integrates with PR, creative, and strategy.Commercial growthIdentify commercial growth opportunities across client squads; shape proposals and pitches with commercial colleagues.Ensure budgets are well managed and efficient resource allocation.Contribute to thought leadership and external representation of Ramarketing\'s digital expertise.QualificationsWhat we\'re looking forProven digital marketing leadership in a B2B agency environment (life sciences or complex industries a plus).Track record of planning and delivering integrated PESO campaigns that show measurable business impact.Strong grasp of paid media, organic growth, automation platforms, and analytics.Leadership experience: managing teams, mentoring juniors, and shaping culture.Commercially minded and client facing: comfortable in proposals, budgets, and growth conversations.Naturally collaborative - able to align digital with PR, creative, and strategy to create seamless client outcomes.BenefitsWhy join Ramarketing?You\'ll be shaping digital at one of the fastest-growing specialist life sciences agencies in the world.We\'re values-driven, people-first, and obsessed with delivering work that genuinely grows businesses.You\'ll get the chance to shape how digital sits at the heart of our integrated offering and to grow with us as we scale.
