Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Manage influencer campaigns at every stage—selecting influencers, negotiating terms, executing campaigns, monitoring results, and summarizing outcomes. Translate content into English while maintaining the appropriate tone of communication. Ensure the profitability and efficiency of all executed projects. Contribute to the development of influencer marketing services. Collaborate with influencers and different departments within the company, including Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and SEO.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing. Knowledge of social media trends in the UK/US market and a passion for British and/or American culture. Excellent command of English (professional working proficiency). Good command of Polish (communicative level). Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently—planning tasks, setting priorities, and achieving set goals. Solid knowledge of influencer marketing and digital trends, with a commitment to staying up to date. Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Nice to Have:

Experience in influencer marketing. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana). Understanding of other areas of digital marketing, such as social media and paid social marketing.
