What You’ll Be Doing

CUDO is searching for a results-driven Head of Social & Performance Marketing to lead our paid and organic social strategy, drive qualified leads for our GPU cluster business, and elevate our brand presence across the UK and Europe. This role blends strategic ownership of social channels with hands-on performance marketing execution. You’ll design and run campaigns that generate sales-qualified enterprise leads, expand our audience in AI and cloud sectors, and build awareness of CUDO as a leading independent provider in Europe.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading social and paid media for a B2B technology or infrastructure business
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads, Google Ads and Tag Manager
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce campaign tracking and performance reporting
• Track record in developing and running ABM campaigns
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across sales, product marketing and creative

Preferred

• Experience within AI, cloud computing, GPU infrastructure or related sectors
• Familiarity with event marketing and PR coordination
• Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and attribution models
