THE ROLE: As Head of Commercial Operations, you will take full ownership of sales, marketing, and e-commerce performance for one of the UK’s leading dental consumables distributors.

• Responsible for driving revenue, margin, customer growth, and brand impact
• You will lead a dynamic sales organisation covering account management, new business development, and inbound sales.
• Alongside this, you’ll oversee marketing and digital strategy, ensuring a joined-up, data-driven approach to customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
