We’re working with a fast-scaling wellness disruptor redefining nutrition through science-led supplements. With a product range that’s effective and enjoyable, our client is a market favourite and is pursuing rapid multi-market expansion. They’re seeking a strategic Head of Performance Marketing to fuel the next phase of growth.
The Head of Performance Marketing will take full ownership of paid media strategy, creative testing, and performance optimization — turning six-figure spend into predictable, profitable acquisition. You’ll lead a growing team, partner with creatives, and steer high-impact campaigns that blend consumer psychology, data, and storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-funnel paid strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and emerging channels
- Build frameworks that unlock creative testing at scale and drive repeatable performance
- Translate performance data into growth actions, scaling spend with ROI confidence
- Champion narrative-led ads that convert and build long-term brand credibility
- Lead and mentor a team of marketers while acting as a strategic voice across the team
Requirements
- 8–10+ years in DTC or e‑commerce performance marketing, ideally scaling to 7–9 figures
- Deep channel knowledge across Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube
- Experience leading large budgets, attribution models, and metrics like CAC, ROAS, MER
- Strong storytelling instinct paired with a data-led mindset
- Team leadership experience across performance, creative and growth functions
