This is a high-impact role within a founder-led, scaling fashion business. Significant investment is being made into structure, performance, and long-term growth - and performance marketing sits at the heart of that strategy.
The Role:
Reporting to the COO, you will own and scale the customer acquisition strategy across paid media. You'll lead a team of two managers, balancing hands-on execution with strategic leadership as the function continues to evolve.
You will:
Develop and execute a scalable, data-led acquisition strategy Own paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube Drive improvements in CPA, ROAS, LTV and overall channel efficiency Optimise budget allocation, testing frameworks and channel mix Deliver clear, commercial performance reporting Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, product, creative and techAbout You
