The Head of Marketing will own the marketing roadmap, driving acquisition, retention, and brand performance while making a measurable impact on revenue and customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities in the Position of Head of Marketing
Lead the creation and delivery of a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive growth and strengthen brand positioning. Own and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across performance and brand activity. Drive acquisition through paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube), optimising for ROAS, CAC, and LTV. Build and execute a retention strategy using CRM, email, SMS, and loyalty programmes. Collaborate with trading, operations, and product teams to align campaigns with launches and commercial goals. Develop engaging content and social strategies, leveraging influencers and community activity. Guide and mentor a small team while managing external agencies and partners.
