We’re looking for an inspiring and strategic Head of Paid Media to lead and evolve a high-performing paid marketing function. This role is perfect for a senior agency-side paid media expert who thrives on innovation, strategic direction, and empowering teams to deliver exceptional performance. You’ll shape the vision for Paid Search, Paid Social and emerging platforms, champion the effective use of AI, and play a key part in driving client success and business growth.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership & Strategy Define and deliver the Paid Media strategy and service roadmap. Lead the development of paid performance across search, social and emerging platforms. Drive innovation, with a particular focus on AI-enabled performance improvement. Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure seamless service integration and client growth. Set departmental objectives, monitor KPIs and ensure excellent delivery standards.
