Global Head of Marketing – Premium FMCG Brand
Location: London (Hybrid)
Package: Up to £120k pro-rata’d across 3 days a week
Type of role: part-time, 3 days a week
We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling premium consumer brand in the innovative low/no-alcohol drinks space, to find an experienced fractional Global Head of Marketing. This is the most senior marketing position in the business and a rare opportunity to shape a brand that’s redefining its sector internationally.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll own the global marketing strategy and lead a small but high-impact team. You’ll combine creativity and commercial acumen to drive awareness, consideration, and sales across multiple markets, with a strong focus on the UK and US.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Leadership: Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity while embedding consumer insights into every decision.
- Integrated Marketing: Develop and execute global strategies across retail, on-trade, and D2C channels, ensuring alignment between brand and commercial goals.
- Innovation & Partnerships: Oversee product development, shopper marketing, and strategic collaborations to expand market reach.
- Digital & Content: Lead social, influencer, and digital marketing programs to grow engagement and cultural relevance.
- Team & Budget Management: Manage agencies and freelancers, control the global marketing budget, and report to senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of senior marketing experience, ideally in FMCG or premium beverages.
- Proven track record of building brands internationally, with strong UK and US market knowledge.
- Expertise in retail and shopper marketing plus owned/earned digital channels.
- Creative yet data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Confident communicator with experience partnering closely with founders or senior leadership.
