About the Opportunity
We’re hiring for a new Head of Marketing to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial real estate investment and asset management business. This is a hands-on, standalone role where you’ll take full ownership of marketing strategy and delivery across a diverse UK commercial property portfolio — including retail and office assets.
We’re looking for someone who brings either deep commercial real estate marketing experience — or someone who has built marketing functions from the ground up in a start-up or lean, entrepreneurial setting. Either way, you’ll need to be confident working independently and delivering high-impact work without relying on big budgets or large teams.
This role offers a high level of autonomy and visibility — but it’s not one for someone who wants to delegate from day one. You’ll need to be just as comfortable writing and posting content on as you are developing brand strategy or shaping campaign plans. It’s a chance to make your mark and build something new, with the support of a senior team who value commercial thinking and creative execution.
This could suit an established Head of Marketing looking for a more entrepreneurial challenge, or an experienced Marketing Manager ready to step into their first leadership role.
The Role You’ll work closely with asset managers, leasing teams, and external partners to: Develop Strategy: Create and deliver marketing plans aligned to business and asset-level goals, supporting leasing, placemaking, and asset performance. Build the Brand: Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels — from digital to signage to campaigns — enhancing the visibility of both individual assets and the wider Praxis brand. Support Leasing: Produce targeted campaigns and standout materials (brochures, presentations, virtual tours) to engage prospective tenants. Lead Digital: Manage Praxis’s web presence and social media, using SEO, paid ads, and content strategy to increase engagement and reach. Collaborate Widely: Work with internal stakeholders (property, asset management, ESG) and external suppliers to maximise marketing impact.
What You’ll Bring Experience in either commercial real estate or a startup/scale-up environment where you've built marketing functions from the ground up. Proven ability to develop long-term marketing plans that align with business objectives Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders Practical knowledge of CRM platforms, SEO, social media, and analytics tools A proactive, resourceful mindset — comfortable operating without a marketing team or set budget A balance of strategic thinking and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Location: London Knightsbridge (On-site with occasional travel across our nationwide portfolio)
