Are you a passionate and dynamic marketing leader with experience across hospitality, and multi-brand environments? We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to drive strategy and brand growth across an established foodie business based in London (4 days on-site / 1 day WFH)

The Role:

As Head of Marketing, you’ll take ownership of brand strategy, digital marketing, product launches, and campaign execution, leading initiatives that drive engagement, sales, and customer retention. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys building brands, and is ready to make an impact in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Lead brand positioning, digital marketing, and influencer collaborations
  • Oversee social media, SEO, email marketing, and content strategy
  • Deliver campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and growth
  • Manage budgets, track performance, and optimise marketing ROI

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in foodservice, hospitality, or multi-brand environments
  • Expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand development
  • A creative thinker who loves engaging audiences and building communities
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for delivering measurable results
  • A hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
