Reporting to the Director of Membership and working closely with the CEO, this is a high-impact role where you’ll be central to driving brand visibility, supporting membership and training growth, and positioning the organisation as a trusted voice within their sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing leader who is both strategic and hands-on, with the creativity and confidence to push boundaries and deliver campaigns that cut through with impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and rollout of a global marketing strategy, working closely with senior leadership.
  • Design and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to promote training, events, and membership.
  • Use major events and initiatives as platforms for storytelling and brand building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver bold, high-quality campaigns.
  • Create engaging content and communications that support member engagement and advocacy.
  • Define and track ambitious KPIs, optimising campaigns to deliver ROI and long-term growth.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in leading creative, multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • A track record of driving growth through impactful campaigns.
  • A confident, creative problem-solver with the ability to challenge the norm.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex concepts into compelling stories.
  • Strong project and supplier management skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as social media, email platforms, campaign tracking, and Canva (or similar).

Desirable but not essential

  • Experience in a trade association, membership body, or not-for-profit.
  • Background in technical, industrial, or compliance-led sectors.
  • Experience marketing to international and diverse audiences.
  • Play a key role in shaping the voice and visibility of a globally respected organisation.
  • Contribute to a purpose-led mission with real industry impact.
  • Drive growth and engagement across an international community.
  • Enjoy hybrid working, a collaborative culture, and the chance to influence change at scale.
