Be part of history as a renowned American music and creative event brand prepares for its next event in the UK in the summer of 2026! We’re seeking an experienced, data-driven Head of Marketing to lead the execution of paid media campaigns, marketing integration, and website management. This is a unique opportunity to shape the launch of an iconic event in the UK.

The successful candidate will focus on campaign management, overseeing agencies, content delivery, analytics, and website optimisation. You will be equally comfortable managing external agencies, briefing internal stakeholders, and rolling up your sleeves to deliver reporting, tagging, and testing to improve performance across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media & Campaign Management- Manage day-to-day relationship with media agency, including project management, campaign set up, creative trafficking, and reporting.
  • Programming & Marketing Integration- Create and manage talent, offers, and operational announcement timelines.
  • Reporting & Analytics- Conduct ad-hoc analysis across web, platform, audience, and creative performance.
  • Website- Project & Agency Management- Collect requirements across programming, commercial, and operations teams; brief into web agency.
  • Content Management- Own and manage CMS.
  • Tagging, Tracking & Reporting- Track and analyse website performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and heat-mapping tools (HotJar/ContentSquare).
  • SEO & CRO (to be scaled with capacity)- Drive SEO strategy: keyword optimisation, technical SEO health, backlink strategy (in collaboration with PR agency), and domain authority improvements.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in marketing, digital campaign management, or website/content management for large-scale events, festivals, or B2B/B2C brands.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and agencies.
  • Hands-on experience with media platforms, campaign reporting, and performance optimisation.
  • Knowledge of CMS systems (Contentful preferred), GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, CRO, and website UX/UI principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle competing priorities.

We are looking for immediately available candidates only (with a maximum of 1 month). This role will be four days in the office in Central London and one day working from home.
