The Opportunity
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for a seasoned marketing professional who can define and deliver a high-impact B2C lead generation and retention strategy. The focus will be on biddable media, CRM, and AI-driven marketing, integrating predictive analytics and automation across the marketing funnel to improve efficiency and performance.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product, CRO, and R&D teams to translate audience insights into actionable strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across paid media and CRM.
- Translate behavioural and segmentation insights into targeting, messaging, and creative strategy.
- Champion AI and automation to enhance targeting, creative optimisation, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with product and customer experience.
- Identify and scale new channels, partnerships, and opportunities for growth.
- Implement data-driven feedback loops to continuously improve campaign results.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years’ experience leading B2C marketing teams in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
- Deep expertise in biddable media (Google Ads, Meta, Bing) and CRM automation.
- Skilled in analytics, performance measurement, and marketing technology.
- Strong grasp of AI and predictive analytics applications within marketing.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
