Head of Marketing Hired Hospitality are seeking a hands-on, Marketing generalist to manage all things Marketinbg for a fabulius, small restaurant group with exciting expansion plans for '26. Head of Marketing - The Role: As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the overall marketing strategy for the group. From brand development and digital marketing to campaign planning, partnerships, and PR, you'll ensure our restaurants stand out in a competitive market. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with proven experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands who thrives on creativity, data-driven decision making, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership: Develop and own the group-wide marketing strategy to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. Brand Management: Strengthen brand identity across all venues, ensuring consistency while celebrating the individuality of each concept. Digital & Social: Oversee content strategy, social media channels, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, CRM, and email marketing. Campaigns & Events: Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, launches, and experiential activations to attract new customers and retain regulars. PR & Partnerships: Manage media relations, press outreach, influencer engagement, and brand collaborations. Customer Insights: Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategies. Team Management: Lead and inspire a small marketing team and manage external agencies/freelancers. Budget Management: Set and control marketing budgets, ensuring ROI on campaigns and initiatives. About You 5+ years' experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within restaurants / hospitality. A creative storyteller with a strong commercial mindset. Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Strong digital marketing skills, with hands-on knowledge of social platforms, paid media, and CRM. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A natural leader who can inspire teams and build strong cross-functional relationships. Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.
