We're looking for a Head of Marketing to drive growth, elevate the brand, and create campaigns that inspire thousands of guests each year.
This is a high-impact role where you will shape and deliver a dynamic, multi-channel marketing strategy to attract new audiences, increase revenue, and position the park as a premier destination for families and visitors throughout the year.
The role:
Lead and mentor a creative marketing team.
Deliver bold, multi-channel campaigns (digital + traditional).
Own the brand, media, and PR presence.
Manage a marketing budget with clear ROI.
Be part of the senior leadership team, helping shape the future vision.
Experience:
5+ years' senior marketing leadership in leisure, tourism, or attractions.
Proven track record in digital marketing, brand growth, and campaign delivery.
Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
A strategic, creative thinker with commercial acumen.
Desirable:
Familiarity with CMS platforms and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in public speaking and regional tourism networks.
