Head of Marketing

BettingJobs are working with an established iGaming business based in Europe, they are searching for a Head of Marketing to join their team. The role is based in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with business goals and budget.
- Build and lead a high-performing team across digital, content, PR, design, and events.
- Own brand, product, and solution positioning and messaging.
- Design and run multi-channel lead generation campaigns (SEO/SEM, social, email, paid media).
- Optimise marketing automation and nurture workflows (e.g., Pipedrive, Marketo).
- Align with sales on lead qualification, MQL/SQL conversion, and enablement assets.
- Drive growth through Account-Based Marketing targeting top iGaming operators and platforms.
- Deliver content marketing for industry decision-makers (white papers, blogs, case studies, videos, webinars).
- Oversee brand communications, PR, and media relations in the iGaming and SaaS ecosystems.
- Represent the brand at major trade shows (ICE London, SBC Summit, iGB Live, etc.).
- Track KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and report insights to leadership.
- Continuously test and optimise campaigns and user journeys for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success on launches and customer marketing.
- Establish co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners (platforms, affiliates, developers, providers).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or iGaming environment;
- Proven track record of leading successful demand generation and digital marketing strategies;
- Experience in managing high-performing marketing teams and agencies;
- Excellent understanding of the online casino industry, player lifecycle, and regulatory environments;
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills;
- Experience working with tools such as Pipedrive (or equivalent CRM), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO/SEM platforms;
- Willingness to work on a hybrid basis: 2 days from the office, 3 days from home
