The role:
Lead and mentor a creative marketing team.Deliver bold, multi-channel campaigns (digital + traditional).Own the brand, media, and PR presence.Manage a marketing budget with clear ROI.Be part of the senior leadership team, helping shape the future vision.
Experience:
5+ years’ senior marketing leadership in leisure, tourism, or attractions.Proven track record in digital marketing, brand growth, and campaign delivery.Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.A strategic, creative thinker with commercial acumen.
Desirable:
Familiarity with CMS platforms and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience in public speaking and regional tourism networks.
