Package
- 70k – 80k basic salary
- Bonus scheme
- Hybrid between Home and Shadwell HQ

Role of the Head of Marketing
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function as we enter our next phase of growth. This is a pivotal, strategic and hands‑on role. You will create and own the marketing strategy for the company, shaping how our brand is positioned, communicated, and experienced across all touchpoints. Managing a team of three, you will provide leadership, direction, and guidance, while personally delivering key initiatives across digital/website marketing, sales/lead generation, and PR/communications.
Duties
- Develop and own the company marketing strategy, aligned with our growth ambitions and brand values.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three to deliver impactful marketing activity across all channels.
- Execute hands‑on marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, lead generation, content creation, and communications.
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure marketing supports business development, client engagement, and people‑focused initiatives.
- Build the brand's profile as London's premium commercial cleaning partner through strong brand storytelling and targeted campaigns.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Use data, insight, and creativity to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Create, manage, and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and activities deliver strong ROI.
Person
- Experienced marketing professional with proven ability to develop strategy and execute it effectively.
- Confident leading a small, high‑performing team in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to align marketing to growth objectives.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passionate about people, customer experience, and innovation.
- FM or Soft Services industry experience an advantage.
