About Us
LooseHeadz is rugby’s mental health charity on a mission to save lives by placing a mental health lead at every rugby club around the world.
We’re a small, passionate, close-knit team with big goals and a shared belief that rugby can change lives.
The Role
We’re looking for a creative, driven, and hands‑on Head of Marketing to lead and deliver our marketing strategy. This role offers the chance to shape the brand, engage our community, and make a tangible difference to mental health awareness.
You’ll be responsible for planning and executing campaigns, growing our online presence, and supporting fundraising and partnerships – all while keeping our mission and values at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the charity’s marketing plan.
- Plan, manage, and deliver campaigns from concept through to execution.
- Grow and manage our community across social media and email channels.
- Support fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics and insights.
- Create and maintain a brand book; ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage day‑to‑day social media and email communications.
- Coordinate with external freelancers for video, photography, and graphic design.
- Liaise with our PR agency and other partners to deliver joint projects.
- Support on event planning and delivery.
- Work with our sponsors & partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
About You
Essential:
- Proven experience in marketing.
- Strong understanding of content creation and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
- Ability to work independently and within a small, collaborative team.
- Self‑starter with strong organisational skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in the sports sector (especially rugby).
- Passion for mental health and purpose‑led work.
