Head of Marketing (Loop Marketing Lead) – Centralise

Location: UK/Ireland/EU (remote-first)

Mission

Own and implement Centralise’s marketing strategy through Loop Marketing: establish a brand voice people trust, tailor experiences with first-party data and AI, amplify across diversified channels, and run a continuous learn-and-improve cycle that fuels pipeline and retention, with the ability to scale marketing impact in line with Centralise’s growth.

Responsibilities

Express (Brand & Narrative)

  • Define Centralise’s positioning, POV, and editorial standards; build a modular messaging system for offers, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Create and deliver a quarterly Narrative & Offers Map aligned to revenue goals.
  • Turn first-party data into segmentation and next-best-content rules in HubSpot (lists, smart content, workflows).
  • Operationalise AI-assisted production (briefs, outlines, variants) while enforcing quality and compliance.

Amplify (Distribution & Growth)

  • Diversify away from search-dependence: social, newsletters, community, partnerships, events, podcasts, PR.
  • Build creator/collab motions.

Evolve (Measurement & Learning)

  • Own the marketing scorecard (weekly): pipeline, contribution to revenue, CAC/LTV, win-rate lift, velocity, channel mix.
  • Run experimentation: test design, audience selection, content variants, and channel allocation; close the loop with Sales.
  • Ensure marketing contributes directly to revenue growth, aligning efforts with sales velocity and retention goals.

Leadership & Alignment

  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Services, and the executive team, ensuring marketing strategy is integrated with company growth priorities.

Your toolkit

  • HubSpot Marketing & Content Hubs; Data Hub & Breeze/AI agents for research, content assistance, and insights; GA4.

What we’re hiring for

  • Data-obsessed: fluent with cohorting, contribution analysis, and experiment design; can separate noise from signal.
  • AI-passionate & literate: knows when to use AI for research, drafting, personalisation, and insight generation without sacrificing originality or brand.
  • Content & strategy excellence: can turn a POV into programs, franchises, and distribution that compound.
  • Commercially driven: proven ability to connect marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes and company growth.
  • 5 years in B2B marketing (agency or SaaS), HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent editorial judgment; strong partner to Sales, Services, and leadership.
