With rapid growth and a powerful portfolio behind us, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our in-house team, drive innovation, and help shape the future of our agency.

This senior leadership role will be instrumental in supporting the Founding Directors by taking ownership of all marketing functions, team management, and delivering fresh, forward-thinking strategies across client campaigns, brand development, and internal operations.

We\'re looking for someone who has held a similar senior role in a fast-paced, creative environment - someone who is commercially minded, confident in leading and motivating a team, and passionate about producing outstanding work that drives results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and implement a 360° marketing vision across all departments, including social media, influencer marketing, events, content, and creative.
• Act as the right hand to the Directors, helping to streamline operations, manage team workflows, and take full ownership of key decision-making areas.
• Lead, mentor and manage the marketing team, ensuring high performance, personal development, and accountability at every level.
• Identify new growth opportunities for Aquarius Creative and our clients, including partnerships, service development, or creative trends.

Campaign Oversight

• Oversee delivery of all client campaigns, ensuring high-quality, results-driven outputs across influencer campaigns, brand launches, photoshoots, and content production.
• Provide creative direction and ensure campaigns align with each brand’s goals, tone, and visual identity.
• Maintain a bird’s-eye view of all timelines, budgets, and team resources to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Client & Brand Growth

• Be a client-facing leader, trusted to present strategy, creative concepts, and performance reports with confidence.
• Support on new business pitches, brand proposals, and creative ideation.
• Ensure consistency, creativity, and innovation is at the heart of every touchpoint - from social copy to experiential events.

Internal Brand & Culture

• Lead the direction and elevation of Aquarius Creative’s own brand presence across platforms and events.
• Help foster a positive, motivated, and inspired team culture built on strong communication, creative excellence, and mutual support.

WHO WE\'RE LOOKING FOR

• A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role – ideally within a fast-paced creative agency or brand environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and overseeing all aspects of marketing from strategy to execution.
• A confident, proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic culture.
• Creative thinker with a strong commercial mindset and proven ability to grow brands.
• Highly organised with an eye for detail, deadlines, and team structure.
• Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
• Experience working across luxury, lifestyle, beauty, or fashion brands is highly desirable.
