Location: London based hybrid role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the growth of our portfolio of established B2B events. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on strategy, creative execution, and delivering measurable results.

You’ll own marketing performance, audience engagement, and commercial growth across a group of recognised industry exhibitions and digital brands, while leading a skilled marketing and content team.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and inspire a talented marketing team to deliver high-performing campaigns across multiple events.
  • Plan and execute audience growth and engagement strategies across all channels, driving measurable results.
  • Develop marketing strategies that increase visitor, exhibitor, and sponsor acquisition while aligning with business goals.
  • Optimise marketing technology, automation tools, and campaign data to improve performance and ROI .
  • Collaborate with event, content, and sales teams to ensure strong messaging, brand consistency, and support for launches, rebrands, and growth initiatives.

Who you are

  • Experienced in B2B events marketing, ideally within exhibitions, conferences, or digital media, with a proven track record.
  • Strong leader who motivates and supports a multi-disciplined team while maintaining a strategic focus.
  • Skilled at turning marketing vision into actionable plans that deliver results.
  • Proficient with marketing tech, analytics, and automation, with a creative approach to campaign delivery ✨.
  • Commercially minded with strong organisational skills, confident managing budgets, tracking performance, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
