Working with well‑known brands across competitive sectors, they are now looking for a Fractional

Head of Marketing (2 days per week) to join their leadership team and help shape the next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role for a seasoned marketing professional who can define and deliver a high‑impact B2C lead generation and retention strategy. The focus will be on biddable media, CRM, and AI‑driven marketing, integrating predictive analytics and automation across the marketing funnel to improve efficiency and performance.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product, CRO, and R&D teams to translate audience insights into actionable strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high‑performing marketing team across paid media and CRM.
  • Translate behavioural and segmentation insights into targeting, messaging, and creative strategy.
  • Champion AI and automation to enhance targeting, creative optimisation, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing with product and customer experience.
  • Identify and scale new channels, partnerships, and opportunities for growth.
  • Implement data‑driven feedback loops to continuously improve campaign results.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience leading B2C marketing teams in fast‑paced, data‑driven environments.
  • Deep expertise in biddable media (Google Ads, Meta, Bing) and CRM automation.
  • Skilled in analytics, performance measurement, and marketing technology.
  • Strong grasp of AI and predictive analytics applications within marketing.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
